These Lobelia ‘Sapphire’ plug plants are a simple way to add loads of colour to your garden through summer. Their deep blue flowers create a soft trailing display that looks beautiful spilling from hanging baskets, patio pots, window boxes, or along the edges of containers. Once they get going, they quickly fill out and give that full, colourful look that instantly brightens up outdoor spaces.
Although they arrive as young plug plants, they’re easy to grow on and establish surprisingly quickly with a little care. As they mature, they form a neat trailing habit with masses of delicate flowers from summer into early autumn, making them perfect for mixed displays or planting on their own for a more classic look. They work well in full sun or partial shade, so they’re easy to fit into most gardens and outdoor spaces.
To get the best from them, simply pot them on into small pots after delivery, keep them watered, and grow them somewhere bright until they’re ready to plant outside.
