At Carbeth Plants, we want you to be delighted with your greenery; if your plants or garden accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we ask that you notify us immediately if any items arrive damaged or in poor health.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the plants or products you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original nursery pots and protective shipping materials to ensure they remain secure during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
