Perfect for cooking, the foliage is ideal for adding to curries, salads, salsas and a wide range of international dishes. This variety is particularly valued for holding its leaf quality longer than standard types, giving you a more generous harvest.
Well suited to pots, containers and garden beds, Coriander Santos is easy to grow and perfect for regular cutting. Both the leaves and stems are edible, and if left to flower, the plant will also produce coriander seeds for use as a spice.
